To Everyone at Comfy Cotton,

This letter is to express my heartfelt thanks for the great service you provided our family over the last two years. I am a little bit sad to have to end my diaper service - it means my baby is growing up!

We have been so pleased using cloth diapers for our daughter. Not only is she very close to being toiled trained (turning 2 at the end of August) but as a baby in cloth diapers for most the day (and most of her life), she never got a diaper rash and was always cool and comfortable.

Every week, seeing our big bag of diapers out for pickup reinforced the choice that we made. All of those diapers will be washed and reused many times over. No trees were cut down; no disposable diaper was left behind in a landfill somewhere. Don't even get me started on the dreaded Diaper Genie!! I shudder to think of the amount of diaper waste we would have generated with just one baby! Many areas in Toronto are starting to recycle disposable diapers, which is a good step, however I see it as a compliment to using cloth diapers not as a solution on its own.

Initially, we were only going to try cloth diapers and a diaper service to see if we liked it. Well, not only did we love the service; we used cloth diapers for nearly two years! We have also recommended three of our friends; two of them signed up with Comfy Cotton and one chose to launder their own cloth diapers.

We have been through two diaper pail lids, missed two (maybe three) diaper pick ups (you were always so accommodating) and went through three sizes of Bummis covers (we liked the Bummis Original, on case you're ever taking a poll). We'd also like to thank our driver for being so reliable in rain, snow or sun.

We will always recommend and sing the praises of your service to anyone who will listen!

Thank you so much for providing and excellent service! I had such an easy time toilet training my son because he understood right away the difference between wet and dry. The only time he ever had a rash was due to teething; something my "disposable friends" had a hard time believing.
